Thank you for taking the time to acquaint yourself with Doerksen Precision Products. In July of 1969, Robert Doerksen started DPPI with one small lathe and a mill. In just four short years his business grew to include a full machine and sheet metal shop. Robert's son, Bob, joined his father in 1973 to operate the sheet metal shop and manage the business' work load. Dan Doerksen joined the team in 1988 as sales manager, while Heather Doerksen, Bob's wife, came on staff in 1995 to manage the office. Robert Doerksen retired in 1997 handing over the day-to-day operations to both Bob and Dan. Today, as it was thirty years ago, our primary goal is to serve our customers.
